Food is more than what we eat.

It is culture, knowledge, nourishment and connection. We bring African food traditions together with professional culinary expertise and practical food education.

A new perspective on food, culture and everyday wellbeing.

Food connects us to our heritage, our communities and our daily lives. Yet understanding food, nutrition and dietary choices can feel complicated.

The Food Culture Studio connects culinary knowledge, African food traditions and practical ways to understand what we eat, from familiar dishes to our digital Food Balance Studio.

Per-serving values are multiplied by servings eaten (33 g × 2 = 66 g). Per-100 values are scaled by serving size × servings ÷ 100. Blank values are unknown and excluded from totals. Reference values are general adult guides for education, not a personal assessment. Energy, total sugars, fat and carbohydrates are shown as totals only.
